Hey, it's effective and kinda cool.

They do it because their regular logo looks like something a 10 year old made with Wordart.

Is it normal for places not to let you check in on what happened after your interview? I haven't ever gotten the chance before so I don't know, but it seems strange, it has been near a week, around the time that they said they would start calling.
