Payday today!
Now I won't want to kill myself when I see how much is in the bank!

Plain sit-ups are like the wussiest type of workout ever.
Since this is garbled English, please refer to the brutal attack of confusion.

That's why they're called crunches now.YCobb wrote:Plain sit-ups are like the wussiest type of workout ever.

Aren't crunches actually bad for the body in the long run? I remember reading how they're starting to be discouraged since they strain the spine way too much when done repeatedly, which is exactly how everyone does them.
Stuff goes here later.

There's a difference between scooping ice cream and forcibly yanking your vertebrae apart.

I do my sit-ups by keeping my back straight and trying to move my torso as vertical as possible. When working on you abs it's important to work on the abs on the side of your stomach too though. I usually do this by twisting my torso when doing regular sit-ups by bringing my left elbow to my right knee and vice-versa. This is probably not the best way to do it though, as I think it strains your back as well. daisies it, I used to know all these exercises (I had to do them because of back problems).Madican wrote:Aren't crunches actually bad for the body in the long run? Stop reminding me I haven't done a decent work out in almost a year :/.
