And if you order most things offline, so long as the seller has a good rating they tend to ship the same day or next day, and depending on distance it'll get there in 4-6 days.
I've never waited more than 6 days on anything, even if it's from California.

But if you want to be safe get a jump up from standard. It'll definitely get to you within four days.

also for the people that freak out around needles, please go do it anyway. The actual process of taking blood out of you takes like 15 minutes and it saves so many lives.

I will probably go the next time my brother has to give blood, because he's O and pretty much has to per the laws of common decency.

I don't like the needles, but it's not like I freak out or anything. The ones they use to take blood are pretty big and it always surprises me when it really doesn't hurt. But the last time I tried to give blood, the nurse stabbed me ten times before giving up and never found a vein. I haven't tried again since.

Yeah I'll need someone to go hold my hand the first time or so but I can't find anyone to go D: Even Tuxedo Mask was like "you're a big girl you can do it" and it's actually really put me off :/ I know I should do it and I want to but I really do kinda need someone there with me because holy balls I will be scared

I love giving blood, O- so it is helpful too. I love the huge needle, it gives you a view on what a smaller needle looks like, as if it is a functional large scale. I love the whole experience, watching the blood go through the tubes and the nurses change where the blood flows and whatnot

Despite having my blood taken, not donated, numerous times, I still have no idea what type it is.

When I was in my teens I had to give a sample of blood for a medical check of some sort and a trainee nurse made a mess of my arm because she couldn't find a vein.

I don't have a problem with the sight of blood, but the idiot making a mess of my arm caused a dizzy spell to come on and I had to lie down until my senses came back to normal.

The whole experience put me off giving blood, which is a shame.
