You'll like the series, I promise. They're really good books--it's a shame Robert Jordan died before he could finish them. Luckily, he left enough notes behind for someone else to complete them. I think the final book comes out either this year or next.

Basically 4Kids hasn't been paying royalties and is fighting tooth and nail to keep whatever licensing it has to Yugioh (even while filing bankruptcy) to the point that they don't want any other companies to even touch it.

Same here. While I do have genres that are more prevalent than others on my iPod (in my case it seems to be rock and electronica), it's one big random jumble, really. I could be listening to some relaxing piano piece one minute, some noisy speedcore thing that sounds like someone kicking a drumkit down a flight of stairs the next, promptly followed by some cheesy 70s disco with a high chance of some Beatles after that, then a bit of trip/hip-hop and probably some folk, a remix of some random video game music, old rock & roll, jazz, stuff that wouldn't sound out of place being played in an elevator or something... I could go on. :B

But basically, if I hear a song I've never heard before, I'll give it a chance regardless of genre.

I had my old ipod stolen last year and I pity the fool who took it because if they listened to it at all before wiping it they would have found the weirdest mix of music known to man. It included like 16 different genre and at least 4 languages.

Making good progress on painting the High Grade Gundam X. Gonna get into some of the trickery aspects of painting it either later or tomorrow.

Also, my iPod mainly has game and anime music. It should be understandable that I felt really out of place when my friends in college talk about bands and concerts.

Will do so in the Art Thread once I'm done since I got my webcam settings correct. I would have taken pictures of the 00 Raiser kit I painted, but that came out so sloppy, especially where the clear domes are that I don't feel like sharing it.
