Stran I think you are missing the point

I get all the music I want (legally) for 15 bucks a month, and over 20 songs a month drm free.
But yes, I understand the appeal of physical copies.

Ugh iTunes, there's no reason to use it (unless you buy your songs from the store, which is stupid since afaik they have all sorts of stupid DRM) and even then it's a bloated memory hog that 3rd party programs have beat in its own job
I use a program called Copytrans Control Center for when my sister wants me to add music into her iPod, it has everything you need and allows you to freely copy the songs, and Foobar2k for music listening, it's lightweight and has everything essential
IMO it's perfectly okay to rip off the songs from a CD you bought and put them into your phone/music player, no DRM either

The only reason I don't use drm stripping tools is because it lowers the audio quality and sometimes removes metadata.

I think you might still be a pirate according to the strict letter of the law. Just not in the ethical sense. I think it might be illegal to bypass DRM all around, but idk.
