My vial of dark blue enamel paint apparently dried up near the cap and is unpossible to open. It peeled off a slight bit of skin off my thumb when I tried with my hands and using a plier yielded no movement what so ever.
Edit: Thank fuck I got it opened, there was so much dried up paint in the cap that it's no wonder it didn't budge before. But now I cleaned that off and all is good.
