This just in: After a scramble to use up some old sauces/condiment mixes that I had in the fridge, and after being very hungry, I think I have confirmed that a turkey cheddar sandwich with tonkatsu, gochu(not sriracha) spicy mayo, and tomato slices is probably my favorite cold sandwich now. Wouldn't normally think to put tonkatsu (the spicy mayo is at least a little more expected) on a sandwich, but here we are.

I never met my great grandfather, but he was an athlete and a police officer, and I am a fat, slow artist. I am sure he feels shame if whatever cold place he observes from allows him to feel.
