I'm really pop flyin' with the progress I have made on my game lately. I'm still learning how to do things, so it's not anywhere near playable, but at least I have implemented hexagonal grids for my map now!

Oh no, my hometown is quite idyllic actually. Its just that I'm a broken, joyless person who can only gain contentment from the worst aspects of life

Today in the adventures of no self-control benson:

There were two cats in the parking lot at my work, so now I own two cats. They seemed well taken care of so I'm going to look out for "missing" posters, but the nearest house to my work is about a half mile away, so I don't know if they're strays or what.

NO SLEEP THEN STAYING AWAKE THE WHOLE DAY WORKED!

*insert the hallelujah choir here*

And yes: I am still waking up after 6 hours. Getting sleep doesn't equal the necessary 8-10 hours. But hey, GENUINE BY-MY-TERMS SLEEP.

Also beware 2pm wake up times. They kill daytime anythings.
