My communications behavior teacher in college (Amazing teacher) is part of a group
trying to overhaul education, because they believe it is really badly set up right now.

She even said during class (paraphrasing) "Why do we even bother trying to teach kids in high school? Your bodies aren't
focused on learning and there is just too much going on. I have seen so many kids come into college and have
to relearn basic stuff they should of learned in high school. In fact most of the time their current knowledge
is at the end of the middle school level. It is like they skipped high school altogether. What we should be teaching them
is how to work together and be creative and how to live better lives."

I've noticed that there really is basic stuff that teacher's keep saying "You should know this stuff" or they just start talking about some basic shit and I've never been taught that shit especially in Math and science.
