Eugh, no, that's disgusting.
Tastes good, Karilyn, not eats healthy. He probably knows the tipping point better, considering he's eaten more unhealthily.
And yes, healthy food can taste good, but sometimes it's just blended bird shit with some grass and water, "ALL NATURAL"

hold your head upright, not tipped up or down, and keep tissues at your nose.

Not really complicated at all, and it's the actualy method you are supposed to use.
I do it every time, and my bleeds end quickly. I get bloody noses a lot.
The cold rag will stem the bloodflow up your neck to your nose.
Pinching the bridge of your nose does nothing but allow the blood to collect there, or drain back into your gut where it will make you ill.
