I don't want to stay in again, on my own today. Tried ringing everyone - no answer as they're on holiday or somewhere. I may just go the swimming baths on my own (as they say like, exercise relives stress and anger right?)

When my sister gets in trouble with my parents and then I overhear her yell "WELL HE WAS DOING IT TOO" and then I get in trouble as well. Fucking rude little bitch. I swear I'm moving to another country when I get older, that's how much I dislike her right now.

...I have no idea. But I've heard you can get pains in your shoulders from stress or something. So that may have something to do with it.
