If shutting off and turn back on the phone doesn't work then just wait or call them on your landline phone.

I have done everything imaginable to solve the problem but no
I use sms more anyway
Good thing is, I only recently bought the phone so I still have full warranty

:L is supposed to be like a "I'm trying to resist reacting but still drooling" face.
Putting ~ underneath any other emote can apply as drool or a tongue as well though. :U Emotes are goofy.

It needs the angry brows to be a glare. >:L

He never did "angry", more "stern"
He also used it whenever I missed the point, which was relatively frequently.
It's somewhat like :T, but less emotion

I use :T more for a stern face, or simply :l. I use :L for drooling almost always, and ;O~ as a tongue.
