I don't know how to explain this so here's we go's.

My laptop is a school-loaned one. so basically they give it to me at the beginning of the year and they take it back at the end of the year. I take it home, etcetc. They block things, but what school doesn't.

Anyway, this morning they got a new list of things they block which pretty much includes every website I go to except for wikipedia and the school's page. So basically no more AZ, Youtube, so on and so on. Now, this rustled me off when I was at school but at least there it had a purpose. you know, keeping you from doing things you're not supposed to be doing. Then I get home to use it since I figure that maybe it'll actually work at home and I can do things. No luck, so basically I have a laptop that can do almost nothing I want it to do (except run skype, which barely works on that computer anymore anyway, and my gaems which are mostly on a flash drive so i'm okay with that.)

Now, the thing about home is that I have a sister and a dad who almost never want to get off the one real computer in our house. So, I only get to use that late at night usually.

TL;DR I'm a whiny bitch teenager who hates his school and their blocking everything I do and probably wont be able to come on nearly as often anymore.

Err... but blocked sites are done through the router, not the computer itself! Why wouldn't it work at home?

And have you tried circumventing the problem by just downloading a different browser?

Can you not use a different browser to bypass the blocks or is that only my college?

I tried like four browsers, that's not the problem.

Man I don't know how they do it, i'm not that smart.

That one person who think it is too cold and just because he/she/it says so, we have to warm the whole place. Often by closing the windows. Grrrrrr. I AM FUCKING WARM-BLOODED! WHY WON'T YOU CARE ABOUT ME?!
