You're probably getting charliehorses, man.
Make sure that you get plenty of water and potassium. Those are usually what cause those. If you don't like bananas, orange juice, dairy or red meat very much, then try to start taking a multivitamin or something. This used to happen to me all the time when I was a little kid.


Also, if you kind of massage the back of your leg to help with the pain, always move your hand downward, never right to left across the muscle.

Almost fell asleep in Biology today.

I had to continuously pinch and shift position in my chair to avoid falling asleep.

It was too warm in that classroom, and the professor spent way too long on one example, so it got boring pretty fast.


The Biology Lab room was very cool, though, so no worries about sleeping in there.
