For some reason, its only a trait you can get from your grandmothers. Biology is weird, but fun.Komodoensis wrote:One of my grandmother's passed away when I was a baby, so its unsure. Both of my grandmothers have full hair (although grandmother on my dad's side has thin hair, while my mom's mom has thick hair), my grandfather on my dad's side is balding, and my grandfather on my mom's side has thick hair.Komodoensis wrote:One of my grandmother's passed away when I was a baby, so its unsure. Certain genes are triggered by testosterone (male) and oestrogen (female), hence why your grandmother won't necessarily go bald if she has the balding gene.

Actually, yeah, it does.Kiyske wrote:Your avatar goes so well with that sentence.[Citation Needed] wrote:Also my hair is ungodly thick.
I seriously have such thick hair that if my hair was as long as pods, I could get it to stand up without gel or spray or anything.
There'd just be too much of it to lay flat.
Combing it is a chore.

Mom and stepdad are fighting because my mom is just generally cranky (then again, she's got two severely sprained ankles and is probably in pain, so she's got an excuse) and my stepdad is being a booty (no excuse).
Oh, by the way, they're fighting over the way that my stepdad decided to blab about how my mom won an iPad a while ago, and she apparently didn't want him to say anything, so he got all pissy and stormed off from my grandparents' house, not even 20 minutes after dinner.
Their room is pretty much connected to my brother's room, and not only were they keeping him awake, he started crying because they were fighting (he's only just about to turn 6. It makes sense).
So I brought Garret to have a "camp out" in my room. I had gotten him to go to sleep in the "tent" I made him, when all of a sudden, my stepdad starts slamming doors and shit. Oh yeah, and he made my mom cry.
I feel like taking a pin to that fat man's balloon of a head just to see how much hot air comes out.

I ended getting something called "Antivirus IS" on my computer, and it won't let me open up Malwarebytes or MacAfee unless I'm on safe mode. I already did a full scan with Malwarebytes, and ended up only getting one infected item, which I removed. I don't know if it had anything to do with the fact that I was on safe mode with networking enabled, but I restarted the computer and Antivirus IS was still there. Now I'm on safe mode with networking disabled scanning with MacAfee to see if it notices anything else. If anyone has any tips to share on this situation I would be very grateful.
