Copypasta, NO CAPITALIZATION!

i feel so judged in art class. it's starting to make me not enjoy doing the work which is actually somewhat fun now but i feel so sub-par that it weighs on me.

also first thing mom said to me upon coming home was "oh my god it smells like cat poop in here courtney do something about this it smells awful i'm getting sick."

i didn't smell anything. her nose it too fucking sensitive or she just likes bitching at me about my cats. she does this all the fucking time, especially about litterboxes that i DO scoop often, just her nose is so sensitive apparently...

i go out to take the litter boxes out and luna was playing with a rug i needed to fix so i nudged her out of the way with my toe and she kept coming back so i nudged her a little harder which cause her to kind of stumble backwards so mom starts screaming at me for kicking her which made me snap so i yelled back her that i wasn't so she then goes off on some tirade about how when eevee and luna get adopted we're not taking any more cats because they're just one more thing for me to get mad at and ~get an attitude~ with mom about (implying i have anger issues which is NOT true,) and that i'm so rude and hateful to my animals (?!) and all this bullshit

i dont know why i'm so emotional all of a sudden but i just cannot handle this

people who judge music by whether it's mainstream or not piss me off
my brother does this and i want to kick him

i don't mean like "yeah that song's kinda mainstream but i like it"
i mean "THAT SONG IS THE WORK OF THE DEVIL BECAUSE IT ISN'T ACCORDING TO WHAT I LIKE AND THEREFORE IT IS MAINSTREAM"

I really only listen to mainstream music, mostly because I'm too lazy to find those bands that other people haven't heard of so I can act all smug about it.

Modern day mainstream music is actually a LOT more aesthetically pleasing than indie music. People who listen to exclusively hipster bands open up a portal of rage for me.

I listen to whatever I like, I don't care if it's mainstream, hipster, known, unknown, nerdy, geeky, weeaboo, good, bad - when I like it, I like it. The end, no further discussion.

People don't seem to understand that "indie" means independent, not whatever the fuck people seem to think it means

Independent, as in no record label. Meaning no one would dare put them on one. Your point being?

he's talking about how a lot of people use it to describe the sound and look of a band, rather than their label status.

Yes, this. People are always going, "OMG, THIS BAND IS SO INDIE" and such and it pisses me off because usually the band they're talking about isn't indie

I'm pretty sure indie pop has just become a music-critic approved synonym for "banal shit" though

Haha, "indie pop"
Those two words directly conflict.
