Well, women shouldn't be specifically mentioned in the constitution--it would only further increase the divide between sexes.

Also, though the Constitution desperately needs revision, it will never happen because the US is in such political turmoil that it's impossible to agree on an acceptable group of people to delegate.

That's different than saying outright that women's rights shouldn't be protected under the constitution since they weren't mentioned. That's a load of dicks.

But yeah, I agree with you on the second part. If Republicans in Congress weren't so stubbornly opposed to reform maybe something would happen and hey, it will probably be better than what's going on in the first place.

Today I realized that I am a pretty poor excuse for a social teenager, even by my poor standards.

Today a girl I know actually went out of her way to say hi to me, and we had a short conversation and then went our separate ways.

This is the first time this has happened to me, in my entire life. I have never spoken to an individual female as friends before.
