Oh my god.
One of the families that goes to the same school as my little brother (where my mom teaches) was hit by another car while driving home from school today.
The mother is injured, the father has minor injuries, their 13 year old son has minor injuries (in the same class as my little brother), and their 11 year old son (that my mom taught) is dead.
The driver who hit them was completely stoned and went straight to jail.
The thing is... Earlier today I had walked from my college to the health clinic (where my mom was for a doctor's appointment thing). While there, a few people were talking about a serious car accident where people were taken away by helicopter.
And now I know what happened.
Fuck so depressed now and I barely knew this family

I took a whole semester of pre-vet courses, and people go :O! and immediately respect my opinions when I say "I was a vet student, I know these things."
When in reality I know it because I reasearch my shit, not because I learned it in Biology I!
What's annoyed me today is I DON'T WANT TO BE AN ADULT THIS WEEK :< I want to sit on my booty and play video games and make websites. But no I have to work on animation and modeling projects and video projects and mock up a character model and learn rigging and FUCK EVERYTHING ; ;

Woke up, figured it was early but maybe not any earlier than 4:30am
look at clock, it's 2am
got school at around 8, already missing about an hour of sleep as-is.
also i'm not the kind of person that can really go to sleep after waking up, but damnit I gotta try in a minute or two or i'm screwed even more than usual by my shitty sleeping habits.
