Photofiltre then moving on to photoshoop or your software of choice :3

But it's just my scanner that won't work. The machine itself is being a butt.
Like, the little light bar inside doesn't want to go across the glass.

I really couldn't care less about him, but I always see Bieber jokes on the internet and stuff, and I honestly find the jokes about him more annoying than I find him to be.
