You know what I fucking hate about living in Atlanta?

There is absolutely no fucking city planning. None. It is just stick stuff where-ever the hell the folks want to put it. The entire place is filled with irrational and poorly designed layouts, that make the city a nightmare to traverse.

The entire thing is filled with bullshit intersections, that are practically something out of Dr Suess's imagination. Like the following utterly absurd piece of architecture. It's like someone was all like "Fuck, I forgot how to make a cloverleaf, let's just put roads anywhere we can fit them, and layer them up all silly like, just because we can." In case you can't tell by that picture, there is one point where there is actually a stack of 8 roads crossing over each other.

And ya know, if it actaully worked, that'd be one thing. BUT NO! Fucking all of Atlanta is submerged under seemingly constant traffic, that can't navigate it's way through the bullshit stuff with no traffic planning at all. Hey yeah, let's funnel 4 million workers into and out of the city on exactly 4 different highways, with no practical way in or out of the city by any other method.

Actually... yes it does, for reasons that are really really stupid.

See, there's actually about a 5 mile stretch there, on the north-east /south-west highway... where you can't actually exit the highway if you are on the highway. Because there is a 2 lane one-way highway, that is bodaciously only divided from the other 6 lanes on the highway by a wall divider, that you had to get on 5 miles back if you wanted to make any of the exits along that stretch of the highway heading southbound.

And it's that two lane highway that you see arbitrarily going over the everything else for no apparent reason, only to continue southbound.

The fact that I've not learned anything new in math/science/history/english in school since 7th grade. What is wrong with my school.

I cant tell if it's because I'm in public school or because I'm in kentucky or both, but there is something wrong with this picture.

You don't learn much new stuff in your first year or two of college either. Need to get to those upper level classes.

RAAAAAGH I SPENT $1.25 ON A MOUNTAIN DEW AND IT WAS DIET!! DIET!!

My point being that that particular pop machine I went to has served regular pop until today, and I had no idea it switched to diet pop. CURSES!!!
