all you have to do is ignore the policeman untill you get to the front of the Hospital, then when he gets out of the car to ticket you, you knock him over saying "F*CK YOU, I'M DIEING!!"

If he tazes you when all you're doing is trying to get medical attention for yourself, he'll be in the wrong 100% of the time. Unless you somehow kill him while knocking him over, he'll be in deep shit with everyone.
