[5/13/2013 11:58:45 PM] egoat: th-thanks, obama?
Girls generally talk about their periods and stuff to me irl.
I don't know why they feel they have to share this information with me, or why I would even be interested... I guess it's because I can talk about anything in a matter-of-fact way, and I don't make demeaning jokes about such things.
I don't know, people tell me about all kinds of disturbing things which I feel they really shouldn't be talking to me about in everyday conversation...
Maybe I give off an aura of being trustworthy or something.

Please tell me you're not serious.

I am seriously. They are doing it to both ambulances and civilian cars.
I'm wondering when the outrage will build up enough for people to start going after the police officers in this area for their corruption. They are camping the hospital because apparently if they set up a speed trap there, they make new heights in profits.
I'm not soulless. I have plenty of souls. They're just not mine.

Yeaaahhh, following the same as Ame and Plasma that they aren't allowed to do that. Do you live in the land where there are no laws and/or no respect, Kari?
Karilyn, most of the time, they have ticket quotas that they need to fill. It's not because they're greedy, it's mostly because the county is forcing them to bump up the amount of tickets they give out. Besides, you do know that the officers see very little, if any, of that cheddar, right? Most of the cheddar made from speeding tickets goes directly to the upkeep of the state's and the county's courts.

The officers are often offered cash incentives to meet their quotas.
