Severe Liver Damage can result in anyone underage.
Given a persons tolerance for alcohol there can be permanent damage to the brain

For getting caught by parent's from being snitched by your sister and all you got was a few months of being grounded, it seems a bit.....excessive to publicly humiliate your sibling.
