Concerning the Steve Jobs jokes:

CN was thoughtful enough to put them under links. I advise people that want to post funny pictures about Steve Jobs to do the same. I advise people that think it's too soon to not click these links.

Some think it's too soon, some do not. I think you can be sad at the death of one person, yet laugh at the cleverness of some jokes made about it. It doesn't mean you don't care, and it doesn't mean you're an asshole. We all have different sensitivities.

I won't tolerate pictures or posts that downright insult Steve Jobs, though. I had to deal with this when MJ died, and it's hurtful.

Basically: let people that want to laugh laugh. They are not terrible people for finding something fun out of a sad situation. If you don't like these jokes, nobody is forcing you to even look at them.
