But with some resizing and repositioning, I made it look somewhat presentable!

Maybe later I'll drag the eye on the right, using some recoloring, closer to the center and make it look like it's actually something okay.

Actually, though it would take forever using MS Paint, If I shrank the eyes some and brought them closer to the center, she'd probably look pretty good.

Tasks:
-Shrink eyes
-Bring them closer to the center, where they belong in the face
-Possibly move the mouth and nose around again to fine-tune it

And there you'll have a generic, but not terrible anime chick.

Well Death Note and Wolf's Rain have pretty good proportions on their character's faces--although Wolf's Rain characters have slightly bigger, 'anime-ish' eyes when compared to Death Note.
