Wordfilters. Deal with them. But other than that, hi, and welcome to the forums.

Re: Introduction Topic
Ah. I see this is your first run-in with the wordfilters. This forum's pretty crazy and has a lot of in-jokes. You'll get used to it.
Anyways, welcome to AZ. I'm sure your stay will be pretty... eventful.

Eh, I guess I can just work around word filters by writing the words I want to in different ways. Good thing I know how to type in Katakana.Komodoensis wrote:Wordfilters. Deal with them. But other than that, hi, and welcome to the forums.

or you could check the thread that's at the top of all three subforums that says in big, capital letters: "DISABLING WORDFILTERS"

So you're experienced in languages, I see. How fluent are you? I've taken a few formal courses in Mandarin myself, and I hope to learn Korean with a friend who taught it to herself.
(Guys, it's a newbie. Don't come off so harsh. Even though we have a history of doing so.)

No, I actually have learned the languages from other sources. Though I can see why you would be suspicious. :'D And my intrusive Japanese accent would undoubtably make you even more so.The Idiotic Oracle wrote:i'm a little suspiscious of someone with hetalia all over their sig and avatar claiming to be skilled in several different language...
Well, I know enough German and Swedish to get by in a basic conversation. My Japanese is apparently quite good according to my Japanese teacher. My Chinese is also very good, according to my tutor. I know a decent amount of Kanji the rest of my Japanese class doesn't since I also speak Chinese. Apparently, I also have an intrusive Japanese accent. :'DSandwich Monster wrote:So you're experienced in languages, I see. How fluent are you? Well then, I know who to come to when I need someone to translate japanese or something.
On an unrelated note, you should check out my Pokemon silver LP. Since I'm finally going to get back to updating it. Its in the videogames section.

I think I did see it. :'D Cockfighting Society to Cockfighting Society, am I right? And アニメ to ANIMUKAWAIIDESUNEE~, right?Operation Awesome wrote:Hello Rayquaza.
Wait until you see my word filter.
In addition to turning it off, I've found ways around it. Like typing in Japanese, or with slightly different letters.
