Well actually there are quite a few others with a chin like that besides this "Chinmaster" character, there's Buzz Lightyear, The Tick, Gaston, Jay Leno, any character voiced by Patrick Warburton, and of course me...Bruce.

Well the chin technically is one of the ONLY feature on his face you can see when he's wearing that mask, especially in Batman: The Animated Series at the end of that epic intro sequence.
