A good frame speed for animation is typically .05
Notice the 0 before the 5, the lowest setting in the frame speed selector is .1

I drew my animal crossing character on Wild World! I actually like her design a lot, I don't think I'll change her hair or anything. She's wearing a Grape Tee, and has a bit of a tan right now from catching bugs all day. It's only day 3 on my game and I've paid off the first two house expansions, and the store is upgrading as fast as possible (it was closed yesterday to expand, and will be closed again tomorrow for the same reason.)

Finished the inking a few days ago. I'll probably at least start coloring while I'm waiting for the servers to go up on friday.
Need to thicken the lines in some places and redraw the hair

Oh man, Board, my man. I love it. Are you a music student? I don't remember.
Also, did you have people perform those, or are those program voices?

I was just wondering. I run Finale12, and I'm not entirely sure if I'm just not utilizing all the tools correctly, or if there's just such a limited set of tonal qualities.

i doodled a random doctor
his name is doctor robert robins and he is very tired
edit: someone just told me it looks like the medic from tf2 and now i wanna cry
I've been wondering, since you two are the only people I know here who do their own music, if you perhaps know any good music programs (preferably free)? I guess I should also add that I have no 'hard' music experience, so something simple to get an idea/feeling for this would be best.

Well, the Finale program that I use is most definitely not free. I don't know about Board's Notion program.
Also, are you looking for something that requires you to be able to read sheet music, a spreadsheet program, or a mixer board type thing?

Uh, well, see that's already what I ment with "I don't know stuff about music" haha. You see, I was thinking about making my own songs for eventual animations (and for games, depending how far roomie will go with this). So the best I can describe it is, that I'd need a program to make music from scratch. I wanted to ask you guys since you already got some experience and thought maybe you could give me some directions.

So, like, you want individual instruments/voices that you can turn into any melody or rhythm? Your best bet in that case would probably be a notation software, but that would require you to read music. Did you ever learn how to play an instrument when you were younger?
