That looks better to me, anyway. Gray stuff are new and unfinished parts.

dude, im sorry but i think you're REALLY missing the point here.
Anatomy
is
hard
you dont just
get to it one day, it takes years of practice to get it down, it's not something you can just learn super easy
Sorry man but drawing yoshi and pokemon chibis all the time is going to get you absolutely nowhere with your art.

not that it's bad to draw those things, but studying anatomy is something that you need to practice and not wave it off for the future

Ok I thought I should start doing some drawing - I'm shit at faces but OK at clothing. Any good tips / guides that you know of concerning clothing (or stuff like glasses, accessories basically.)

I really like designing and drawing animals in my spare time for friends or projects. A friend tossed "panda, newt, aardvark" at me and I came up with this:
It has the body layout of a newt, coloration pattern of a panda, and the ears, snout, bare forelegs/tail and claws of an aardvark, represented by the scales feathering out and stopping at the joints.

Haven't drawn much for a while. Felt like attempting to redesign Guts Man.

Yeah, this does look better. For future reference though, if you draw comics, you shouldn't
write it in a title where the scene is happening, you should
draw it. Comics are a visual media, so use it.
Malum wrote:Zang not everyone wants to be a professional graphic novel artist like you do, there isn't anything wrong with chibis as long as you aren't trying to pass them off as the mona lisa.
So if you don't want to become a professional, you don't need to practice and you're automatically excused to draw like shit? Okay.
