I think the problem is that there is a lack of the impression of an elbow.

i always draw without a reference (i have my reasons) so if i try to add some sort of elbow it looks like some weird... arm cancer tumor... thing...
but uh hey yeah if I tried to add an elbow it'd look worse, trust me. I need some sort of wooden model.

So I made my first 3D model in Maya today. I decided to practice some since we'll basically use it most of the time in the second and third year at my university.
Anyway. I didn't have much trouble to get "into" it. Some of the leveldesigning that I've done have been pretty similar.
But I have much to learn
