Well someone has got to do something or say something or nothing is going to get done. Look I can see the benefit of not Lynching I totally do. And I WANT to help the town, but I'm going to do it in my own way and while my ways may seem odd, I assure you there is method to what i a doing and by simply nominating MYSELF I got a large reaction from a couple of people whose innocence and guilt shine true to me. Unlike SOME people I will not be changing my vote from Paranoid Android to another choice however just know I've gained some perspective and I will be taking it into account at the next lynch.

The rules don't say you can't change your vote.

I've been considering what's happened so far, and I've come to a conclusion.

Android, based on statements you've made, I have reason to suspect you of being the Tailor.

Consider this: Android says he/she rolled a 20-sided die until he rolled a number between 1 and 14(although there are actually 15 players left, since there were 16 initially and one person has died). However, upon rolling his own number, he/she decides to vote for himself, despite numerous attempts persuade him/her otherwise. Under normal circumstances, this would put him/her and his/her team at a crutch. Why would he/she choose to put his/her team at a disadvantage?

Conclusion: There's no way that lynching him/herself can benefit Android. However, assuming that he/she is a reasonable person and that he/she's the Tailor, he/she could conceivably dress him/herself up as a Vanilla role, sacrifice him/herself, and leave the real townspeople to believe that WE'RE the ones with the disadvantage.

So here's what I suggest we do:

1. Lynch Android this turn.
2. At night, if someone has been tailored to look like the Doctor, the real Doctor should visit the Coroner. If the real Doctor has been killed, have the Programmer or the Gunsmith visit the Coroner.
3. The Coroner should investigate Android to discover his/her true role, if he/she is revealed to be Vanilla.

If I'm right, we've gotten rid of the troublesome Tailor. If I'm wrong, I'll take any and all blame for this.

Also didn't you say you used a random number generator before saying you rolled a die? Why not just say you rolled a die in the first place?

A random number generator doesn't have to be a machine. Its anything that generates a random number. I have no further comment on the situation other than I offered myself to get reactions out of others so the rest of you can discern for yourself who is of good character or not. That's all. Kill me if you wish, at least we got some dialog going. That's all that matters.

Well this is kind of weird for day 1. Like Barabba and Marcato said, it's odd you'd end up with yourself, Android, but odder still that you'd go ahead with it if you knew you were innocent instead of trying again. It could be a trick to get us to believe we're at a disadvantage (like Marcato said), or reverse psychology to get us not to vote for him and trust him/her instead.

Either way something feels off, but I want to see what other people think before making any sort of vote. I know these kinds of decisions didn't always lead to the right places in the last game I was in, but this case is way too coincidental for my tastes.

fine I am going to be straight with all of you. In all of my experience with Mafia, I always find that members of the mafia always like to lynch on the first day to try and stir confusion in the ranks. My goal was to simply nip that problem in the bud by offering myself. The Mafia KNOW i am not one of them and would jump at the opportunity to get a free kill. I figured that would be enough evidence to root them all out and solve this once and for all even at the expense of my life. I figured most of the, ya know, SANE people would vote no lynch so i would be safe and live to voice my opinions at the next lynch. Thats why I am immediatly suspicios of MArc for changing his vote within the span of a few posts, and I feel like Barabba and Malum are on the level. I am just trying to clear the air a bit.

But now it's botched seeing as every other daisies mafia member is going to see this post, but EH I wanted to try something new. Sorry for arousing suspicion, I just wanted to get something done.

I realize how suspicious my sudden change of heart makes me look. I got excited because the last Mafia game I was in was painfully slow. I believe I've provided reasonable doubt against Android, and also provided a much more viable option than chance. If people hear me out and go with me on this one, I'll say nothing in my defense next turn should I be wrong.

I also got a bit excited coming to the Tailor conclusion.

Even if they are the tailor and we do lynch them, we still don't end up with any useful information. Either way, we'd be playing into their hands. I'm going to go with NO LYNCH.

That's where Steps 2 and 3 come in. We can confirm whether we really killed a Mafia member.

Okay, sorry about not posting last night at all. I went to bed early and was busy for most of the day. anyway, that was an interesting point Paranoid Android brought up; but you probably just gave the mafia ideas they might not have had before. it's probably better to stay careful with those sort of ideas

I wouldn't have said anything if I didn't feel like it's not safe for me or the town to do so.
