I much prefer my shotgun to the Flare gun, because having Degreaser/Flare/Axtinguisher all at once means you're fucked if a Pyro comes at you with any difference in loadout. I'm also a much more reliable shot with the Shotgun. The Light 100 enemies on fire and Pyromancer are the only 2 achievements ...
