The chance of it happening is slim, but still greater than local anaesthetics, which is why they offer the choice. It's not like complete anaesthetics is risky, I had it myself.

In the end, it really boils down to "what song do you like (also maybe it applies to you)", and I have too many of those.

I tried to go with:"what song would seem fitting when played to your life". Which is kind of hard unless your life is pretty monotonous.
