Today I had to to speak English over the phone to an Indian customer service guy and it went smoothly. I'm surprised because I'm bad at speaking, period, it's even worse when it's over the phone and I hadn't really spoken English seriously for over a year.

I'm looking for a new laptop. What websites do you guys trust? Ideally it would ship from somewhere around Quebec. Right now I've browsed Dell and Newegg but I don't know. Are there brands to avoid (other than Apple) or websites I should not trust?
