A lot of social justice type people I know refer to racism as power plus prejudice or oppression plus prejudice. Prejudice is something everyone gets but oppression is something white people have avoided for the most part. And yes I think it is still relevant today.

Well it does look like he's suffering through a mild case of heartburn now that you mention it. Try making faces into a mirror to get the emotion you do want to convey. His face sort of looks like a young Joh Federsen with the high widow's peak and the sharp jaw. Maybe you could use him as a model.

That isn't very clear. Perhaps you could shrink the place she is standing on a bit, bring up those little guys closer to our point of view and give the edge of the building a hard straight edge like you did for the rest.
