Today, after over 15 years of denying it would ever happen, I got my ears pierced.

I love proms - and dances in general. I went to prom freshman year as this guy's 6th choice (poor dude). He wound up sulking the whole night and refused to dance. So I just found the cutest senior guys and danced with them instead!

Yeahhhhhh.

Yeah, I've noticed. I just never do that cause the kids who like to shoot webcam photos of themselves at my school are mostly attention-seeking jerks or FOREVER ALONE's.

Just got back from my senior prom.

What were you laughing about? It was improv night, and the guys on the improv team are some of my best friends. They made so many little inside jokes in their dialogue, I was dying. We have fairly ridiculous inside jokes, you see. Ohhh man. I probably looked like a freak to the rest of the audience...

Tonight I laughed so hard that I cried. For ten minutes.

Easy. I'm going to visit Tibet and climb to Machu Picchu. It's a 4 day backpacking trip on the Incan trail, and I will hike it like a boss and wear an Indiana Jones-esque hat. I also want to go to Alaska and maybe climb Mt. McKinley, as well as back to Yosemite for round 2 of Half Dome/Yosemite Fall...

Gave blood today (and signed up to be a bone marrow doner), and the guy who stuck the needle in me was really chill. Apparently I have a really good right vein, cause he nodded, looked at me and said, "Dat vein."

Should have asked him to marry me.

I used to have hair far past my waist, but then I cut it this past December to shoulder length and donated it. It was thick enough to donate two ponytails worth, and was nineteen inches at its longest point.

Short hair still feels sorta weird.
