I'd like to say the good days of horror are pretty much dead.

It's obvious the only way we're getting another The Shining, Jaws, The Texas Chainsaw Massacre, type of horror movie ever again is if we're extremely lucky.

How come whenever someone always says that Japanese Horror films beat the shit out of American Horror films, the only examples they bring up are The Ring and The Grudge?

The only other Japanese Horror film I've seen get equally good reviews was Audition. And even then, nobody has seen it.
