New pvp reward plugin, you kill someone outside the kingdom, you can steal up to 15% of their total coinage.

You now lose 1000 Cheddar when dying, no longer a %.

Sounds like a good idea, although you will want to talk to InsertFail about that, she is the one building the roads.
