Upgraded Shinobi is good at getting out of stupid situations because of Replacement technique and fast movement, and deal a lot of damage. Having low health doesn't really hurt them if you can take advantage of that.

7 HP per kill? I'm hoping you're running Vampire runes and not Blood equipment. Well, you can do either but I'm not a fan of sacrificing stats for vampirism.

Alexander is pretty easy if you can oneshot the enemies he spawns. Also helps to have good DPS spells such as Chakram or Sword Wall.
