Sky city could best be described as being interconnected bowls, with many buldings protruding from the top. A surface leveler would be placed, and below that leveler would be such things as the sewage and energy systems. These "bowls" would be connected with bridges, and, often, trains would go fro...

I'm trying to draw it for you, but I can't draw cities well. They're kind of boring to draw, the constant squares.
