No, that would be unfair and would limit new players who might want to make shops in the future. Keep it at five.

Soraka's certainly not the best support in the game, but I do stand by what I said. She may not be more than a healer (and Taric far outshines her in that area), but she can still heal well and be an asset. She just can't fit into every set-up as much as other supports.
