I don't think you should let other people contribute to your list, because the category of "greatest films" is incredibly subjective. Making an opinionated list of you own like that is great, and leaving it open to discussion is a good idea - and if someone's argument for or against a film sways you...

Noooot all deaf people are able to use hearing aides. And deafness/muteness/blindness aren't the best examples because they are easier to work around then mental handicaps.
