Why does this actully make me feel geniunly sad.

I always get that feeling when I'm having an anxiety attack. I can hardly eat no matter how hungry I am, and it just makes me very weak thought the day, same with sleeping.

I do not understand how forgivness works, well, I can see how it works for someone you love and care about, or a family member. But ultimatly when its someone that has hurt you so badly that it mentally and phyically changes you forever what do you do? It doesnt make the pain go away, no matter how ...

My parents get rustled when I refuze to do things by myself and talk to people on my own.

Its not like I'm not independent, or shy, I just dont like talking to strangers.

Because I admited to the doctor i had suicidal thoughts sometimes ( which I would never carry out so dont freak out guys) and that I told my mom whenever I tryed to tell her about this she would ignore me.
