I'm starting yoga classes to deal with stress today, I sort of dont know what to feel because no one is coming to do it with me. But I like doing yoga anyways.

For some reason I really hate washing dishes when theres food on them, I just cant handle touching food people have eaten or dirty plates. I get all freaked out and need to wash my hands 30 times.

Most of the time I can handle having dirt,clay,paint, stuff like that on my hands, but food? NOPE.
