Guys I littrally go to bed at 10 and then sleep till 6, the probelm is that natually for my entire life I find it really hard to fall asleep, its not that I go to bed late or stay up, I just cant go to sleep.

Though during the weekend I get like 10 hours of sleep.

I learned yesterday that the reason I'm so soar all the time is beause I dont get enough deep sleep.

How do I get freaking deep sleep when I can only get 4 hours of sleep.

OH WELL FOREVER IN PAIN.

I just spend the last two days sewing together a slenderman doll for my best friends birthday next week, about half is finished now but I hope I can get the rest finished tommorow.
