Re: Taboo Topics (Heavily moderated)

upstanding member of society's plight = absolutely incomparable to what a trans* person may experience in daily life So then a upstanding member of society who suffers from dysphoria and believes that their human body is the wrong body has less of a right to complain and fight for their rights comp...

Re: Anime

Oh yeah. The only pieces of Prince of Tennis I saw are those eps with that one snake guy who used some kind of magical snake serve or some shit.

And I do hear that Eyeshield 21 is pretty crazy.

Re: Taboo Topics (Heavily moderated)

This isn't true, and from what I can tell being a fur myself and observing the community, it's not very common at all among furs, and/or not as serious. I don't believe that he was implying that every upstanding member of society has body dysphoria. But as DnD stated, the level of seriousness is no...

Re: Western Cartoons/Comics

Do you mean NPH or Josh Keaton? Cause I'm pretty sure that Keaton played Spidey for a long while and not NPH.

Also the main problem with Ultimate Spider-Man is the writing and not the voices. Drake played Spider-Man in the Avengers cartoon and he did pretty well there.

If you have never heard of cr1tikal, then go watch his videos now. His delivery combined with the absurdity of his sentences as well as the absurdity of the games that he plays forms something magical.

Re: Western Cartoons/Comics

Young man stars in a bajillion-dollar earning trilogy and then starts to dabble in voice acting later on? That parallel is perfect, Kamak.

Yeah, and his performance as the Sigma AI in Red vs. Blue is amazing; I'd love to see him in more villainous roles. I think it's his voice. The softness of Elijah's voice lends itself to computer programs in an amazing fashion.

Re: Anime

I absolutely love the way Japan parodies more realistic manga and anime by doing crazy stuff like this.

That... That WAS a parody, right?

Re: Taboo Topics (Heavily moderated)

I believe that DnD's comparison is quite apt. They are two groups that face issues based around how the world perceives them, as well as how they perceive themselves.

It's great, I love that Elijah Wood is playing two computer programs this year, Beck in Tron Uprising and the Sigma AI in Red vs. Blue.

I really do want to know if anybody else is watching Warehouse 13. The latest episode upped the ante pretty well.

Re: General Game Gabbin'

Platinum's other games, MGR: Revengeance and Anarchy Reigns are coming out later on so that'll give me my fill for crazy badass combat. In my opinion, the New Super Mario Bros series is just used to rake in as much cash as possible with the least amount of effort possible. It just seems like all of ...
