Re: The Current Events Thread
Do you mean the absence of someone to blame or the presence? Because absence would make a lot more sense.

Re: The Current Events Thread
As far as I heard the Italian scientists are being persecuted for announcing that there was no need to evacuate after the initial tremors. Seismology is a very inaccurate science, true, but with that in mind they should have known that it could have still been dangerous. Some blame does rest on the...

Re: ADVENTURE TIME THREAD
I think that if the romance is pretty much not going anywhere, then they should focus more on the adventure aspect of the show. Re: ADVENTURE TIME THREAD
I really don't like the romance aspects of the show. I would be content with having Finn and Jake hopping universes and out adventuring for a whole season rather than go back to Ooo after a 2-parter and ending up with more Flame Princess and Princess Bubblegum stuff.

Re: Bioshock Infinite is finally here
Or something more basic, like you have to navigate through an flooded and electrified hallway or maybe a couple of rooms of that. Maybe not as part of a main story segment, but maybe as a little extra side area where if you make it through, you get a tonic or a nostrum (the plasmids and gene tonics ...

Re: Bioshock Infinite is finally here
I think it would fit more with fighting a splicer or two, or having water seep in through the rift after a Big Daddy wrecks a window in Rapture and you have to escape a flooded building in Columbia.

Re: Bioshock Infinite is finally here
The developers are not keen to answering whether or not Infinite takes place in the same universe as the first two games. Elizabeth's main power is to manipulate tears in time and space that occur throughout Columbia, so I am pretty sure that at one point or another in-game you'll have to deal with ...
