From what I can glean from the news outlets, the scientists had the data, and the data essentially said that "an earthquake is unlikely, but at the same time it is not impossible".

Now that I look at the selection of guns, it's not that large or varied. So yeah, the two guns thing makes sense. But at the same time, i don't know why they didn't try to make varied guns. Well the first two BioShocks had an array of guns with special abilities and let you carry every single one of them, so I don't see why you can't carry them all in this one.

Apparently you can only carry two weapons at a time in Infinite. WHY WOULD THEY DO THIS? You could carry all the weapons in the world just fine as Jack in BioShock 1.
