Re: General Game Gabbin'
They said in an interview here that there will be no subscription. That interview had one of the heads of Activision there, so a subscription plan is most likely out. In a perfect world, they would go the classic route and use sales from the main game to help fund the creation of full-blown expansi...

Re: General Game Gabbin'
I'm pretty pumped for it, but I'm still worried about Activision and their endless quest for more cheddar that could get in the way of the awesomeness.YCobb wrote:Have we got a thread about Destiny yet? Because I am psyched as hell for that.

Re: Gravity Falls - Pick-A-Me Mabel!
A good episode. I liked Dipper's Stan copycat suit, complete with eyepatch.

Some hot tea and sitting in a recliner in front of the TV is doing wonders for my strep throat.

Re: Favorite YouTube LPers
One thing I enjoy about their Chrono Trigger LP: during the more tedious "run through the dungeon/area and get in mandatory battles" segments, they decide to talk about other stuff, like the animated Conan series. Talking about different stuff during that is fine with me, as it breaks up the monoton...

Re: TOONAMI IS BACK BITCHES
It COULD work, but this new iteration of Toonami is still pretty early in its life compared to the original Toonami. I'd consider Sailor Neptune to be high-risk in that it might not get the ratings they'd want from such a high-profile (in the anime fandom at least) show. Think about it; people tunin...

Re: Hurrah, A MLP Thread!
Yeah. judging by all your talk, I'm gonna skip this episode and the rest of the series. I'd rather keep my memory of the show as it is; a respectable series that managed to attract a wide array of fans.
I really feel bad for the guys making the show. They must be having a rough time.

Re: TOONAMI IS BACK BITCHES
I just don't think that Sailor Neptune Magica would work all that well for Toonami. The best thing they can do right now is stick to baseline action anime with Soul Eater and the like until they get more cash. I would love to see Tiger & Bunny or Darker Than Black on there. Those would be better fit...

Re: TOONAMI IS BACK BITCHES
They cut the OP and ED a WHOLE LOT harder than I thought anybody could ever do. Seriously.
Hopefully they'll just skip the whole "THIS IS DEATH WEAPON MEISTER ACADEMY" thing next week and give more room for the two.
I mean, I understand that you have to advertise to keep Toonami alive, but really?

Re: General Game Gabbin'
Levine said that she changes outfits at some point in the game, from the blue-white sailor thing to the other one from the earlier footage and screens. Honestly I don't care as long as she's not a burden and is well-written.

Well hopefully one of them has been playing the demo and training up for it, learning the ropes. I wonder if Pat's going to be playing; he displayed some solid skills after practicing for their Anarchy Reigns Brawl Episode. As well, Streetwise was a pretty horrible game; Rising looks like it will re...
