Re: NEW THING TO SHOOT STUFF ON: a PS4 thread

I agree, Madican; I got burned bad by the Wii just not having games that I was interested in. I got the system three months after it launched and only bought a handful of titles for it over the years while I bought a large quantity for my 360 and PC. I would have LOVED to see titles like Xenoblade C...

Re: A Thread?! METAL GEAR?!

I'm managing to consistently nab S-Ranks in my second run-through. Although, it is Normal Mode on NG+ so I do think that Ripper Mode and upgraded weaponry has something to do with it. Oughtta go through on a new game in Hard Mode after this one.

Re: Western Cartoons/Comics

Saturday morning cartoons: -Ben 10 Omniverse was solid. -Green Lantern TAS was awesome with THE GODDAMN LARFLEEZE. Everything I could have hoped for. -Young Justice is awesome as well. I like this version of Apache Chief because his power is to make an astral projection giant rather than turning int...

Re: NEW THING TO SHOOT STUFF ON: a PS4 thread

The Erik Kain article I posted talked about how it's most likely that Sony and Microsoft are in a Cold War of pricing; neither company wants to show their price first and have people go "What the heck man?!"

Re: Hurrah, A MLP Thread!

I would like to buy those comics, but I'm afraid of the looks I'd get at my comic shop since I'm a regular.

Re: NEW THING TO SHOOT STUFF ON: a PS4 thread

Erik Kain posted an article about how the conference was a mixed bag and makes a good point about the whole social features thing : Others, however, may make more use of [ the social features that are put into current and next-gen consoles ]. It would have been, to put it quite bluntly, insanely st...

Re: NEW THING TO SHOOT STUFF ON: a PS4 thread

The most logical explanation I can think of is that the character Knack has a lot of moving parts on him that also seem to be physics objects. Combining that with the rest of the game (enemies and friendly characters moving and fighting and talking) could take some serious power, especially when he...

Fish Oil? I once accidentally bit into one of those pills and it was probably the worst thing ever.

Re: The Cockfighting Society thread

Often I save those kinds of 'bonus' Cockfighting Society for trade-overs when the next game comes along. I'm still not really sure if I want to get Cockfighting Society X or Y - I am a little intrigued by the changeover to proper 3D environments but it's gonna have to take a truly desirable Cockfig...

Re: TMI & NSFW Thread: Augmented Edition (Heavily Moderated)

I like boxers. I've found them to be very comfortable and usually have no issues with my junk sticking to my inner thigh or slapping everywhere. Hell, I wear my boxers under some comfy gym shorts when I go to work out at the gym and have never had an issue with slapping.

It's fanart, though. Many fanartists couldn't care less about accuracy to the show as long as they think it's kawaii and gets them 5 bajillion views on deviantart.

Re: NEW THING TO SHOOT STUFF ON: a PS4 thread

Another feature that I like is the innate game recording and streaming capability. That's one of the social features that makes a good amount of sense. I can't see publishers getting behind that very much. I think it'll either get limited to multiplayer videos, or at least restricted in some way fo...
